Hello, I’m Jonathan Richards and together with my wife Emma, I have built Best Cellars into a successful wine business, both in the high street and, since 1999, on-line.

Our web-site has been fully e-commerce enabled from the very beginning and we are justifiably proud of our security record for on-line ordering.

Our Service

• We offer a very personal service and are happy to discuss your wine requirements at any time, including evenings.

• We have had 20 years experience of selling wine at Best Cellars Wine Shop. Jonathan has been in the drinks industry for over 30 years.

• We both enjoy drinking wine and have personally tasted and selected every wine on our list - it was hell doing it!

• We have many repeat customers, both individuals and corporate customers.

Delivery

• We accept wine orders for any number of bottles from single bottles upwards.

• You can split your wine order and have it delivered to multiple delivery addresses.

• We offer Next Working Day Wine Delivery throughout most of the UK.

• You can order as many additional cases of wine as you like, and they will be delivered at no extra delivery cost.

• We send wines with a very reliable carrier with an excellent tracking system and very few breakages.

Security & Privacy

• We use a secure payment service provider, Protx, for credit card transactions and they use the finest encryption techniques.

• We only collect personal information in order to process orders and never pass details to a third party, other than our carrier.

• We are very happy to take orders over the telephone if you still prefer this method.
